From May 24 to 30, 2026, in response to the "Lean Improvement, Empowerment and Efficiency Enhancement" project of Stulz Air Conditioning Technology Services (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., the German Greentown Group conducted a 6-day closed REFA intensive training for 15 middle and senior management personnel of the company. The students received systematic training and learning on work systems, process link types, time research, multi instantaneous collection, production data management, work design basics, and manufacturing enterprise cost accounting, with significant results. Trainees have expressed that they will immediately apply the professional knowledge they have learned to production practice, which will help improve production efficiency.
